Information you send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, with optional company information and selections about your interests and business size. We use this information to respond and discuss your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How the form works

Messages are sent to admin@websysit.com through our email service. Your email is used as the reply address. Correspondence may remain in our business mailbox as part of handling your inquiry. The form service does not create a separate customer database.

Website chat

When you open chat, an essential, first-party cookie remembers your conversation on this browser for up to 30 days. Contact details are kept in this browser tab while you prepare your first message. A read marker on this browser remembers which team replies you have seen; chat transcripts are not stored in browser storage. We store messages, timestamps, the page where your conversation began, and any name or email you choose to provide. An automatic acknowledgment is labeled as automatic; later replies come from our team. There is no AI chatbot or guaranteed instant response.

Conversations are accessible to authorized WebSys owner accounts and are removed from the chat service after 90 days without a message. New visitor messages and any supplied contact details are included in email alerts to admin@websysit.com. Those alerts may remain in our business mailbox. Replies made in the inbox appear in your website chat; replies sent directly by email are separate. Chat is optional and independent of website statistics. Do not share passwords, card details, or sensitive customer records.

Website operation

The company pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. We collect first-party statistics for public page views, broad device categories, referring website names, approximate countries, regions and cities, hourly totals, and contact inquiries accepted by our email service. Images, fonts, and video are served from our website. Hosting systems may process technical request information such as IP addresses and access times to operate and protect the service. The form uses temporary request limits to reduce abuse.

Website statistics

Visitor estimates use a daily changing hash of the network address and browser information. Location is estimated on our server using the DB-IP Lite database; we do not send visitor addresses to a geolocation provider and we do not collect GPS coordinates. Raw network addresses, location coordinates, and full browser details are not stored in these statistics. The hash used to recognize repeat visits changes each day; old hashes are cleared at the next recorded day or the next hourly maintenance check. Daily aggregate counts are kept for up to 400 days. We do not use analytics cookies or persistent tracking identifiers, and we do not include page query strings, fragments, or form contents in traffic statistics.

Our page tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and excludes known bots and browsers with a saved WebSys Cloud session. Statistics are available only to WebSys owner accounts. Contact messages are handled as described above, independently of page tracking.

IP Geolocation by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Estimates may reflect an internet provider or VPN rather than a visitor’s actual city.
