WEBSYS POS · GUEST NOTIFICATIONS
Guest SMS
terms & conditions.
Optional texts about your reservation and when your table is ready.
Effective September 25, 2026. These terms apply to WebSys POS Guest Notifications, a messaging service operated by Websys LLC for visits to participating restaurants using WebSys POS.
What you agree to receive
When you give permission, the program may send transactional reservation confirmations and table-ready notifications to the mobile number you provide. Messages identify WebSys POS and the relevant restaurant or location. Permission covers the requested visit; it does not enroll you in marketing for WebSys or other businesses.
Optional consent
You must provide a number you are authorized to use. You can agree when restaurant staff ask about visit-related texts, or by selecting a separate, unchecked-by-default option on a participating restaurant's WebSys POS reservation form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking, joining a waitlist, or making a purchase. You can continue with the restaurant without SMS.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your visits and the notifications initiated for them. The program is designed for a reservation confirmation and/or a table-ready alert for a visit. Support and opt-out confirmations may also be sent. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan; contact your carrier for details.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out of messages from that sender. You may receive one confirmation of the opt-out. Stopping texts does not cancel a reservation or waitlist entry; contact the restaurant to change those arrangements. If you later want texts again, contact support for help restoring permission.
Get help
Reply HELP for messaging assistance, email admin@websysit.com, or call (786) 374-9431. For wait times, reservations, and other restaurant questions, contact the restaurant directly.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and sender approval. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this program for emergencies. The restaurant may use another way to contact you if a text cannot be delivered.
Privacy and updates
Read our guest SMS privacy policy for how information and consent records are handled. Program changes will be reflected on these pages. New uses outside your original consent require appropriate additional permission. See how guest consent works.
